I usually spend my summers with the lovely seniors of Sioux Falls. Once in a while though, I get a guy or gal who wants to buck tradition and shoot a snowy session. Marissa and I didn’t plan on shooting her senior session on the first snowy day of the winter, but when huge flakes started to fall we were both so excited. Marissa had hoped for a snowy session all along, and I love the change of pace that shooting in the snow can bring. Falling snow is so beautiful!
Sertoma Park was a great choice for this session because we had a short amount of time (it was FREEZING!), and we knew we wanted a few different possible backgrounds in a close area. The gorgeous green evergreen trees and wide open fields were so perfect for Marissa’s senior session. Wait til you see the dress she wore to end the day!
Enjoy a few of my faves from Marissa’s senior session!
