Rejection is a part of business, but it’s never easy when it happens. There’s an extra sting to it when it happens in a personal brand because it’s personal. We are selling the experience to work with us, our personality, what we bring to the table, spending time with us, etc.
That’s why I wanted to talk about rejection and how to deal with it when building a personal brand. Rejection is inevitably going to happen, and I want to allow space for this conversation and those feelings. Here are the main points I discussed in this episode:
