I had the best time with Miss Josie earlier this summer for her senior session in Sioux Falls. We started downtown, and Josie rocked an adorable light pink dress that looked so stellar against the concrete and iron in Downtown Sioux Falls!
This girl is so gorgeous. And to top it off, she had her hair and makeup done by one of my favorite humans, Sabreena Frances Schmitz. Sabreena knows EXACTLY what the camera loves to see! It’s always enough to pop but never so much that you feel uncomfortable. She is such a pro!
Oh man – the bottom left image in a downtown parking ramp is probably one of my faves of the year. So good! And her long-sleeved floral romper is to DIE!
This year, I wanted to try and do sports photos a little differently then just heading to the court or track. Josie let me be a little crazy, and we did some track photos in an alleyway. I think they turned out awesome! I love the juxtaposition and think they look really edgy.
After being downtown for a while, we finished the night at the Japanese Gardens, not to far from downtown. It was a warm, beautiful night and the sun was just setting over the water. Perfect for portraits!
I just can’t say enough about Josie’s style! This floral dress and that grey floppy hat – so cute! I love these images.
Josie, thank you so much for letting me take your senior photos! I hope you love them as much as I do. Have an amazing rest of your senior year!
