It took about 5 seconds of time spent with Emma for me to realize why this lady was crowned Homecoming Queen. Emma is a TRUE BEAUTY, you guys. Inside and out, this girl is genuinely kind and caring, and oh-so-sweet! I just loved spending time with Emma and her mom for her senior portraits – we really had a blast!
Of course it happened that Emma’s senior portraits were scheduled for October 5, which just so happened to be the dreariest, wettest, and chilliest day of Fall yet! It was a rotten day weather-wise, but you wouldn’t know it by these photos. Emma braved the conditions and we worked with what we had – which turned out to be GORGEOUS overcast lighting that complimented her beautifully.
Emma was one of my girls this year who opted for professional hair and makeup, and man – it was flawless! Like I said, Emma is a beauty already, but with airbrush makeup and that beautiful curl to her hair, she was drop-dead-gorgeous. I couldn’t get over it. I love ALL of her photos!
This one above though…this has got to be one of my favorite senior photos of all time. I’m kind of obsessed with it. She just looks so dang fierce!! And with the high school that she’ll graduate from in the background…mm I love it.
See what I mean about being incredibly beautiful!? Wow!
I can’t wait to hear what Emma thinks when she gets her senior portraits! All of her images look gorgeous in full color AND black and white – she might have a hard time choosing favorites!
Emma, thanks for being a rockstar senior model despite the rainy conditions. I can’t say enough what a pleasure it was to spend the day with you. I wish you all the best with your senior year, and can’t wait to see what you do next!
